The Town of Larkspur is a Home Rule Municipality located in Douglas County, Colorado, United States. As of 2006, the city is estimated to have a total population of 316. Each year on weekends in June and July, the Colorado Renaissance Festival is held in the hills just west of the town.^[4]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.4 square miles (3.5 km²), all of it land.
